Dr. Klaus Waldschmidt studied Business Administration at Westfälische Wilhelms- University in Münster and at Juniata College in Huntington, PA / USA. He received his PhD at the Department of Human Resources and Occupational Education Research at the University of Paderborn. After several years in headhunting with an internationally operating American Executive Search company, he moved into personnel management of a DAX corporation. As head of international human resource development – most recently in an MDAX-listed company – he was responsible for identifying and developing talent globally before again dedicating himself to cross company talent development.
Dr. Waldschmidt has many years of intensive experience in working with reputable headhunters – both as a client in the industry as well as a candidate.
Peter Tillmann completed his studies in business administration with a focus on organization and personnel at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster. After his MBA-studies, he first held the role of an assistant to the CEO of a reputable insurance company to then start his career in human resources management in the insurance industry. In more than twenty years – with more than ten years as head of HR in international insurance companies in the DAX and MDAX field – he gained experience in all functional areas of operational and strategic HR management.
Peter Tillmann has in depth and substantive expertise in recruitment on top management level. In his role as an HR leader he used to work with a large number of headhunters in the executive search business and took responsibility for numerous advisory mandates – particularly for first and second level management positions.
